I took Inner Path’s course on micro-dosing and it truly transformed my life! The course content was comprehensive, the team very knowledgeable, the environment was safe and supportive.  I am the owner of a mental health practice, a published author, and lead professional CEU trainings for mental health providers- I have seen many wellness approaches, and Inner Paths program really stands out. I whole heartedly  recommend it to anyone seeking a transformative experience!!

~ Brittany Goff, LCSW-C Clinical Director of Zen Psychological Center

Transformation is amplified when it is witnessed and held in community.

Participants in psychedelic integration groups report that sharing experiences in structured community settings helps to process the experience, build connection, and reduce isolation, which can support longer-term transformation.

– Modlin, Nadav Liam et al. (2025)

We know that feeling connected to others makes a real difference after psychedelic experiences. Sharing in community helps us make meaning and carry those insights forward.

When combined with intentional guidance, science-backed methods, somatic practice, and proper integration, microdosing can more effectively catalyze real transformation—opening the door to freedom, creativity, and a deeper connection to yourself and life.

More is Possible.

Are you feeling stuck, depressed, or anxious?

Do you know that more is possible and want to unlock your potential?

Are you ready for supported change that lasts?

This group program is for you!

Together we harness the life changing power of psychedelic medicine to create the lasting transformation you have dreamed of.

Internal Family Systems

Explore your inner world and understand how past trauma influences present dynamics. Learn to compassionately work with your inner parts, transforming internal conflict into clarity, self-leadership, and lasting change—without forcing or bypassing.

Habit Transformation

Our habits shape how we think, feel, and act. By working with cues, nervous system states, and reward loops, automatic patterns are reshaped and new behaviors can emerge. With a heightened sensitivity to your internal state, it is easier to notice and redirect habits as they’re forming, rather than after the fact.

Somatic Experiencing®

These practices deepen body awareness and nervous system regulation, supporting healing at a cellular level. Reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence to release stored stress and create safety that allows real, sustainable transformation.

Neuroscience

Your brain is not fixed—it is constantly reshaped by experience, attention, and state. By working with neuroplasticity and the body’s innate intelligence, we optimize learning, adaptability, and pattern change where cognition alone can’t reach.

Mind-Body Awareness

Embodiment practices and somatic explorations create space for deeper presence and nervous system-regulation. When we cultivate moment-to-moment awareness of thoughts, sensations, and impulses, we increase choice, interrupt reactivity, and allow the nervous system to reorganize around new responses.

Ancient Wisdom

Mushrooms guide us to attune to the Earth’s living, breathing intelligence—the creative life force present in all things. Through these allies, we expand our awareness and capacity to sense patterns in ourselves and the world around us, and to navigate life with more clarity and alignment with nature’s rhythms.

Participation in group psychedelic experiences is associated with significant improvements in PTSD symptoms, shame reduction, and social connectedness over time, suggesting that social environments contribute to sustained benefits.

- Healy, C J et al. (2025)

Inside the Program

Mushrooms are extraordinary teachers that invite us to new ways of being.

What to Expect

Getting Started:

Prior to the first Group Session, each participant will schedule a 15 minute Orientation Call with the Facilitator.

Your Commitment:

WEEKLY MEETINGS – We’ll meet weekly on Zoom for 60–90 minutes.

DAILY PRACTICES take about 20–40 minutes.

These daily practices are where the real integration happens, and the more you put in, the more you get out.

Showing up for yourself, day by day, is part of the practice. The more presence and care you bring, the more this work gives back.

MONTHLY IMMERSIONS – These virtual group sessions are 4 hours of practice and process from 12-4:30pm on ZOOM. Each session is recorded for those who may need to miss a session. We highly encourage full participation in group calls for optimal benefits

The two week group immersion was such a potent experience for me. The practices were so body-based—the first step was always coming back to the body, whether it was through cold exposure, the visceral ball, yoga Nidra, or senses meditations. I felt completely supported and safe in the group, and not only was it a great way to have accountability, it was also nourishing and comforting to be reminded that I’m not on this journey alone. I truly believe that this program has the power to shift people’s experiences of themselves and their daily lives. Thank you, Eleanor and the Inner Path team, for clearing this trail for us

Did you know?

Clinical studies have shown the profound benefits of microdosing to foster greater emotional balance, openness, cognitive flexibility, and spiritual well-being.

Psilocybin acts on 5-HT2A serotonin receptors. f

Studies show psychedelics promote neurite growth and synaptic flexibility, even at low doses, supporting neuroplasticity and learning.

Cameron, L. P. et al. (2021)

Integration predicts outcomes more than the substance itself.

Across studies, participants who engage in intention-setting, reflection, therapy, or community integration show the most lasting benefits.

Rucker, J. J. H. et al. (2018)

Microdosing increases Creativity—especially divergent thinking.

Research indicates microdosing may enhance the ability to generate novel ideas, without impairing logic, so problem-solving and focus remain intact.

FAQ

DOES INNER PATH PROVIDE THE MEDICINE?

Inner Path does not include Psilocybin microdose supplements.

We can, however, suggest legal and safe sourcing options.

Not all microdoses are created equal.

WHAT IS MICRODOSING? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

Microdosing is the practice of taking a very small, sub-hallucinogenic doses of psychedelics, offering a potential pathway to mental and emotional growth. This innovative approach allows one to work with thoughts, feelings, and sensations that are otherwise blocked by ego defenses and are outside of conscious awareness.

Microdosing creates a unique window of neuroplasticity — a time when the brain is more open to new insights, emotional flexibility, and healing. This is especially beneficial for those navigating conditions such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and more/use, eating disorders, and more
