Getting Started:
This immersion will provide you with a huge variety of tools that will become the basis of deep relational healing.
✦ We will begin with a 90 minute call to schedule the retreat and determine what elements would best support your journey and preparation.
✦ Together, we’ll determine the number of 1:1 sessions and joint sessions with your coach prior to the immersion, based on your goals, relational dynamics, and areas needing care.
✦ We honor the importance of this work to nurture profound changes and take great care in assuring that we support you to feel held and supported every step of the way.

Internal Family Systems
Explore your inner world and understand how past trauma influences present dynamics. Learn to compassionately work with your inner parts, –the protective parts that get defensive, the anxious parts that fear disconnection, and the vulnerable parts that long to be seen and loved.
Learn to recognizing when a protective part is leading how it impacts the dynamic, and create more space for compassion, accountability, and deeper intimacy.
Authentic Relating
Authentic Relating is the practice of honest, present-moment communication that creates a safe space for heart-centered dialogue and emotional intimacy.
Structured exercises support partners in listening deeply, expressing truth with care, and staying connected through vulnerability for a stronger sense of being seen and understood in the relationship.
Somatic Experiencing®
These practices deepen body awareness and nervous system regulation, supporting healing at a cellular level. When partners feel triggered, the nervous system often takes over before conscious choice is available. We use gentle body-based awareness to help partners notice activation, regulate in real time, and respond with greater steadiness.
These practices builds nervous system safety within the relationship, reduce reactivity, and allow for more grounded, connected communication.
Attachment Theory
This framework helps couples understand how early relationship experiences shape the way they connect, communicate, and respond to closeness. Many recurring conflicts stem from protective patterns developed to feel safe in relationship.
By bringing awareness and compassion to these dynamics, couples can shift from reactive cycles into greater emotional safety, trust, and secure connection.
Communication
Healthy partnership depends on clear, intentional communication. Many conflicts escalate not because of the issue itself, but because of reactivity, assumptions, or unspoken emotion. When we build awareness of tone, triggers, body language, and underlying needs, we can reduce reactivity and strengthen a foundation of mutual respect and understanding.
Learn how to express feelings directly, listen without defensiveness, and repair misunderstandings more effectively.
Co-Regulation
In close partnership, our nervous systems are constantly influencing each other — tone of voice, eye contact, touch, and presence all matter. Co-regulating builds trust, reduces escalation, and creates a felt sense of “we can handle this together.”
Learn to support each other through presence, attunement, and responsiveness, creating safety that supports emotional repair and growth.

Nourishing Meals
Daily organic lunch and dinner, crafted with intention to support your nervous system and microbiome.
Retreat facilities will provide everything you need to fully unwind. No need to cook or clean, simply experience. All dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.
Nature Immersion
Located about an hour outside of Baltimore, this retreat offers the profound benefits of time in nature, away from the demands and noise of everyday life.
There will be ample time for forest walks and nature bathing to soothe your system.
Customized Experience
Your immersion will be tailed to your needs as a couple guided by deep listening and intention, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Retreat facilities will provide everything you need to fully unwind, tend to your connection, and be present with your experience.We can accommodate longer immersions upon request.
