Dr. Jonathan Drew

Jonathan Drew, MD

Jonathan Drew, MD is an integrative physician dedicated to helping people understand the deeper patterns underlying complex and persistent health concerns. His work bridges the strengths of conventional medicine with functional, herbal, and whole-person approaches, with a particular interest in the patients whose symptoms don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

Through his clinical work with Whole Systems Healthcare, a nonprofit healthcare organization serving communities across several states, Jonathan offers comprehensive integrative medicine evaluations for complex or unresolved health concerns. He takes a systems-based approach to understanding the interplay between physiology, nutrition, lifestyle, environment, medications, and mental and emotional health. When appropriate, his evaluations may incorporate targeted laboratory testing, nutritional and herbal medicines, supplements, and other evidence-informed interventions designed to address the underlying drivers of illness rather than simply managing symptoms.

Jonathan also has a special interest in integrative mental health and the thoughtful use of ketamine as a therapeutic support. He works collaboratively with therapists and other practitioners to help create a framework in which ketamine can complement psychotherapy and support deeper emotional and psychological work. His approach emphasizes preparation, integration, nervous system regulation, and helping patients develop a greater sense of agency and connection with their own experience.

He also offers medical screening and harm-reduction consultations for individuals exploring emerging approaches to mental health and personal growth. These consultations focus on medical safety, medication and supplement considerations, potential risks and contraindications, and practical strategies for reducing harm. His goal is to provide patients with thoughtful, nonjudgmental medical guidance so they can make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

Another area of particular interest for Jonathan is men’s health, including hormonal health and the complex relationships between testosterone, metabolism, energy, mood, sexual health, sleep, and healthy aging. He works with men seeking a more comprehensive and individualized approach to hormonal support and overall vitality.

Jonathan trained in Emergency Medicine and subsequently completed fellowship training in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. His medical background allows him to bring a strong foundation in conventional diagnosis and pharmacology while remaining open to the broader landscape of healing traditions and emerging approaches to health.

At the heart of Jonathan’s work is a simple premise: the body is not a collection of isolated symptoms, but an interconnected system with its own intelligence and capacity for healing. His goal is to help patients make sense of their health, identify meaningful points of intervention, and develop practical, personalized strategies for moving toward greater resilience and well-being.

A comprehensive medical evaluation for individuals referred by a mental health professional for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). This visit includes a detailed medical and psychiatric history, medication and supplement review, assessment of potential risks and contraindications, and discussion of how ketamine may fit within the patient’s overall treatment plan. This longer visit is intended for individuals who are new to ketamine or have limited prior experience. A referral from a qualified mental health professional, including a relevant diagnosis, is required before scheduling.

What Clients Are Saying…

“I can confidently say that ketamine has changed my life, both mentally and physically. It's a profound medicine for getting unstuck in the mind and in the body. It has helped my mind release from cycling and spinning. It has allowed me to consider everything, even the hard things, from a much more free and open perspective, without as much of the ego and fear attached. Ketamine also truly teaches the body how to relax, which is a profound gift during this time.”

“Eleanor created a safe container for me. Having never done KAP and not knowing anyone in the group, this was essential and fruitful — so fruitful!”

“I had an incredible healing experience in my work with Eleanor, made possible through her care, compassion, attentiveness, and nourishment at every level.”

“I've been to events here and really enjoyed the care, intention, and attention paid by the owners. It's a beautifully designed space, and the therapists and healers who I've interacted with all seem to be highly experienced. I left feeling seen, heard, and so happy to have access to what’s being offered at Inner Path Wellness.”

“Eleanor created such a loving, nurturing, safe space to facilitate healing and change.”

“The care, love and compassion that all the practitioners of Inner Path give to the patient is invaluable and so needed. Thank you.”

“Ketamine was a game changer for me. I was struggling with depression after a rough breakup. I was low energy, and was barely getting through the day. I tried regular SSRIs, and didn't like the harsher side effects. I did 3 sessions of ketamine, along with therapy at Inner Path, and within 4 months was feeling my energy return. They offer a safe, structured setting, geared towards maximum healing. I felt incredibly supported and am so grateful.”

“All experiences (professional & therapeutic) with Inner Path have been lovely & meaningful from start to finish. Highly recommend on both fronts!”

“Loving community of healing professionals with great organization and knowledge.”

“KAP has been an incredible tool to help me heal from my trauma. A perfect supplement to therapy that moved me ahead in a leap, rather than a small step.”

“Loving community of healing professionals with great energy, organization and knowledge.”

"The two-week group immersion was such a potent experience for me. The practices were so body-based—the first step was always coming back to the body, whether it was through cold exposure, the visceral ball, yoga Nidra, or senses meditations. I felt completely supported and safe in the group, and not only was it a great way to have accountability, it was also nourishing and comforting to be reminded that I’m not on this journey alone. I truly believe that this program has the power to shift people’s experiences of themselves and their daily lives. Thank you, Eleanor and Inner Path team, for clearing this trail for us.”

“What an amazing space, so carefully and thoughtfully curated by very compassionate and beautiful human beings.”

“I took Inner Path’s course on micro-dosing and it truly transformed my life! The course content was comprehensive, the team very knowledgeable, the environment was safe and supportive. I am the owner of a mental health practice, a published author, and lead professional CEU trainings for mental health providers- I have seen many wellness approaches, and Inner Paths program really stands out. I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a transformative experience!!”
