Couples Work
Every relationship holds the potential to become a path of transformation. The challenges we encounter with those we love often illuminate the very places within us that are longing to heal. When approached with curiosity, courage, and the right support, moments of conflict can become invitations for deeper intimacy, greater authenticity, and profound personal growth. Eleanor's work helps couples move beyond simply resolving problems and into creating relationships that become catalysts for healing, resilience, and lasting connection.
Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Authentic Relating, and Gottman-informed principles, Eleanor guides couples in understanding the deeper patterns shaping their relationship. By working with both the nervous system and the relational dynamic, partners learn to move beyond recurring cycles of conflict and cultivate greater safety, trust, emotional intimacy, and love.
In addition to virtual and in-person one-on-one couples coaching, Eleanor offers a range of immersive experiences designed to meet couples wherever they are in their journey, including Private Couples Immersions, Psilocybin Retreats for Couples in Mexico, and Ketamine-Assisted Couples Retreats near Asheville, NC. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, seeking to strengthen an already healthy relationship, or longing for a deeper level of connection, each experience is thoughtfully designed to support meaningful and lasting transformation.
Somatic Experiencing®
Eleanor's Somatic Experiencing® sessions invite you to reconnect with the innate wisdom of your nervous system through gentle, body-centered awareness. By cultivating greater embodiment, presence, and regulation, this work helps release patterns of stress and trauma while restoring a deeper sense of safety, resilience, and aliveness. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or integrating profound experiences, Somatic Experiencing® offers a grounded path toward lasting healing and transformation.
MicroDose Coaching
Eleanor's microdose coaching combines the latest research on psychedelics with trauma-informed, body-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous system regulation, to support meaningful and lasting change. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, greater clarity, enhanced creativity, or deeper self-understanding, each journey is tailored to your unique goals and supported with intention, education, and compassionate guidance.
In addition to 1:1 Microdose Coaching, Eleanor facilitates a 3-Month Microdose Group Cohort, where education, community, and integration come together to support personal transformation. She also leads a Professional Certificate Training for Microdose Coaches, equipping practitioners with the knowledge, ethics, and trauma-informed skills needed to guide others responsibly.
IFS (Parts Work)
What if the parts of yourself you've spent years trying to silence are actually trying to protect you? Internal Family Systems (IFS) invites us to meet every part of ourselves with curiosity rather than criticism, recognizing that even our most challenging thoughts, emotions, and behaviors developed for a reason. As Richard Schwartz, the founder of IFS, says, "There are no bad parts." Rather than fighting ourselves, IFS invites us into a different relationship with ourselves, one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing begins when every part of us feels seen.
Eleanor is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and its principles are woven throughout much of her work with individuals, couples, and psychedelic integration. Whether integrated into Somatic Experiencing®, relationship work, or microdose coaching, IFS provides a compassionate framework for understanding ourselves beyond shame and self-judgment. As one of today's most respected trauma-informed therapeutic models, IFS helps people reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, clarity, and authentic Self-leadership.
TRE® (Trauma Releasing)
Our bodies are designed not only to survive, but to return to balance. Yet for many of us, stress and trauma interrupt that natural rhythm, leaving the nervous system carrying more than it was ever meant to hold. TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) gently awakens the body's innate capacity to release tension through therapeutic neurogenic tremoring, inviting greater regulation, resilience, and ease. Rooted in Eleanor's extensive training in trauma, Somatic Experiencing®, and embodied healing, this work honors the body's wisdom and creates space for healing that extends far beyond words.
